Because our honey is unprocessed and contains naturally occurring enzymes and pollen, it delivers the authentic qualities that make real honey so special — along with the added benefits of thoughtfully selected organic herbs.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help if something isn’t right.
Returns – Online Orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the matter promptly.
In-Store Purchases
For purchases made at the NutraBee Honey Store in St. Catharines, returns must be handled in-store during regular business hours with proof of purchase.
Store returns are subject to the same food safety and condition requirements listed above.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return in accordance with the return policy outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened food or ingestible products

Gift cards

Clearance or final sale items

Wholesale orders (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise specified in a written wholesale agreement. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
